I have just added a new forum theme, its nice, easy for the eyes, and has a new cursor. Hopefully, we will put a banner up there. What do you guys think of the new forum theme? Good? Bad? Old one better? Uh, guys there were problems with the new one, so I changed it back to the old one.

I think this forum theme is better then the other, its cool i like it and blue suits more equilibrium then red

i like it, but i say put a border around the banner. It'd make it look a lot better

First go to canvas size. Press the up arrow for width and height double the amount of the size of the border you want (so if you wanted a 3 px wide border on the banner, you'd set width to 646 and height to 306). Then press the center and press OK. Create a new layer (leaving the height and width settings intact) and fill it with whatever you want. Put the layer behind your image and you've got a border!
