well i only play on the afternoon but this saturday i will try to do a all night playing in a internet cafe i know from 11:00P.M to 7:00 AM xD!!!

Most of the guild has been playing on Windus Channel B-4
Your best bet is to hang around Francis town or Docks and keep trying the "Add" button for friends until you get people. I personally could be found by Ross(Item shop in Francis), although I tend to afk often.
