Can't Enter Towns, and I never hear music

I had the same problem in CB1. Whenever I try to enter a town or log in to a character that's in a town, my game screen darkens as if i entered a portal, but instead it locks up. In addition, I never hear music, but I can hear sound effects

Try reinstalling.

maybe is the Directx 10 ... because i saw some ppl with issues with the Directx 10....

Haha maybe, or its he dowloaded Directx 9.0
